Kathryn Kleisch

Kathy came to Renaissance in 2009 as Staff Accountant, and was promoted to Controller two years later. She conducts, monitors, and directs all aspects of financial services for the firm, and is primarily responsible for financial record keeping, budgets and cost allocations for all projects, insurance monitoring, and bank account maintenance.  

Before coming to Renaissance, Kathy was the Office Manager for an architectural sheet-metal firm for thirty years. There she was responsible for all operational activities, including all administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and job cost monitoring. Prior to that long-term position, Kathryn worked in a variety of real estate and retail positions. 

Kathy, a proud Chicago native, is married with one daughter and two granddaughters.
