Paul Russo

Paul Russo came on board in January of 2011 with twenty years’ experience in the areas of real estate development, property management, and sales & marketing.  Starting as a building manager, he quickly moved up, working in development before being promoted at the end of 2015 to run the management division. 

Licensed in Illinois since 1995, Paul has extensive experience in client representation for both residential and commercial properties in the public and private sectors.  For many years, Paul successfully helped local and national tenants and landlords with site selection and development, and with lease negotiations. 

Prior to joining Renaissance, Paul was the owner/manager of a national real estate franchise and a Chicago-based mortgage company. He graduated from DePaul University and has held designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Paul lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three children.
