Sherry Fickenscher

Sherry has been with Renaissance since January, 2009, though she opened a previous project with us back in 2000. She is an accomplished business and real estate manager with more than 30 years experience in the fields of geriatrics and mental health. She has served as executive director in three area supportive living communities, and is a licensed  Nursing Home Administrator, including program development in memory care.

Her experiences as a medical and hospice social worker with a community nursing service, as a field instructor for MSW candidates at Jane Addams School of Social Work and as  a community case manager for older adults hold her in good stead in her role at Greenview Place. She manages a team of over 40 employees on a 24-hour schedule, providing top-notch services and housing to the frail elderly.

Sherry is an animal lover and in what spare time she has, she volunteers at a local shelter.
